ALERT 158/26 ALERT 158/26 – ATTACK MSCIO has received information regarding an incident at approximately 16:00 UTC on 29 October 2026, in the Strait of Hormuz. A tanker was reportedly struck by an unknown projectile while completing an outbound transit through the Strait of Hormuz. No injuries to the crew have been reported, and no environmental impact has been reported at this stage. Vessels operating in the area are advised to maintain heightened vigilance, adhere to BMP-MS, and report immediately any suspicious activity or relevant information to MSCIO.
