At 0320 UTC, MSCIO has received a report of an incident 120NM east of Aden, Yemen. The Master of a merchant vessel reports a splash and sound of explosion in the vicinity of vessel. Vessel and crew reported safe and proceeding to next port of call. Authorities are investigating. Vessels are advised to transit with caution and report any suspicious activity to UKMTO and MSCIO.
