ALERT 124/26 ALERT 124/26 – ATTACK MSCIO has received information regarding an incident at approximately 21:42 UTC on 2 October 2026, 4NM east of Oman. A crude oil tanker reportedly was struck by an unknown projectile on the port side. All crew are reported safe, and no environmental impact has been reported. Vessels operating in the area are advised to maintain heightened vigilance, adhere to BMP-MS, and report immediately any suspicious activity or relevant information to MSCIO and UKMTO.
