ALERT 105/26 MSCIO has received information regarding an incident at approximately 02:48 UTC on 9 September 2026, 24NM northwest of Port Rashid, United Arab Emirates. The Master of a tanker reportedly sighted a vessel listing while at anchor, possibly indicating water ingress following an attack by an unknown projectile. Vessels operating in the area are advised to maintain heightened vigilance, adhere to BMP-MS, and report immediately any suspicious activity or relevant information to MSCIO and UKMTO.
